Kim is a Principal and joined Vector as a Vice President in 2021 on the Value Creation Team.

Before joining Vector, Kim spent six years leading high growth go-to-market teams at Samsara’s Industrial business unit and at Cisco Meraki. Kim supported growth from early stage product market fit to scaling and optimizing mature sales motions. Prior to directly operating within technology companies, Kim was an Associate Principal at McKinsey and Company in San Francisco. At McKinsey, he focused on sales strategy and operational transformations.

Kim received his MBA from the Yale School of Management. He graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Economy.
