Frances Hochschild is Director of Talent and ESG for Vector Capital and joined Vector in 2014. As a member of the Value Creation Team, she works alongside our investment professionals driving portfolio company performance on Human Capital and ESG. She also leads Vector’s internal Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Human Capital initiatives including recruiting, ongoing professional development, training, and diversity and inclusion.

Frances previously held positions including West Coast Manager of Human Resources for Bain & Company and Head of Human Resources and Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking for Robertson Stephens. Before focusing on human capital and administration, Frances worked in strategic planning for Gap Inc. and as a management consultant for Bain & Company in San Francisco, Moscow, and South Africa. She started her career as an investment banking mergers & acquisitions analyst for Lehman Brothers in New York.

Frances received her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business her BA degree with a concentration in Economics at Harvard College.
